Step 1- Gather Requirements
We will work with your PMO and technical teams to gather the requirements we need to setup and deploy the PPM3 solution in your Microsoft 365 environment.

Step 2- Build and Test PPM3 Solution
PPM3 solution is setup, configured and deployed into your 365 tenant. Role based training is being conducted and administrators take over operations.

Does the team need additional training.
Not beyond standard tools training and familiarity with the new processes and interfaces.
Does MPP provide support?
Yes, we have enterprise support agreements (ESA) that give your team a direct channel to our support staff.
How long is a typical deployment?
Based on the complexity of the requirements and tailoring, 30-45 days is a good estimate for a “standard” deployment.
Do we own the solution after it’s deployed?
Absolutely! All of the code, reports, settings, training material and support documents are owned by your organization.
