Every project will be allocated a dedicated site specifically designed for storing and sharing project documents. These sites will be constructed from a template to maintain a consistent look and feel, with standard libraries, lists, and workflows readily available within each site.

PPM3 uses terms and content categories to help with managing documents and artifacts.
