All requests are centralized to this single intake Project Request Form. Anybody can make a request.

The Project Request Form is available via the browser or directly within Microsoft Teams.

As new requests are being made, email notifications are being sent to the PMO along with the request details.

Any field information can be sent to members of the PMO.

All requests can be reviewed by the PMO and other Project Managers via the PPM3 app.

Project Managers can sort, filter and search for project requests from this screen.

Project Request dashboards are automatically created and refreshed nightly with new requests.

Reports are refreshed every 24 hrs. so new requests will show up the following day.

Paginated reports like Project Charters are also available and easily deployed as part of the reporting process.

Paginated reports can facilitate headers and footers and dynamically grow with textual formatting requirements.
