Project Online for Project Managers
This course is designed to teach project managers how to effectively manage projects and resources using Microsoft’s Project Server and Project Online Project and Portoflio Management (PPM) solution. Participants will learn how to initiate proposals and projects in the Project Web App (PWA), collaborate with project sites, interact with the PWA ribbon, build resource teams as well as manage task and timesheet assignments and updates. They will also learn how to work with status reports and other Business Intelligence reporting including Power BI.

Project Online for Administrators
This course is for individuals administering and managing Project Online. Students will learn how to setup, configure and maintain Microsoft Project Online. This course covers deployment “good practices” and taking a phased approach when implementing the Microsoft Office 365 Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution. Each module covers different areas of configuration and setup including enterprise custom fields, calendars, templates and resources.
