Each approved project gets a dedicated Team for each project where team members can immediately start working together on project documents and other important assets. PPM3 brings together everything necessary for your project teams to communicate. Microsoft Teams is an integral part of our solutions and it is used for communication, document sharing, meetings and overall project collaboration.
Document Management
Project Documents and other important artifacts are stored in your dedicated tailored project team site. PPM3 uses the power of terms, categories and views to help PM's use a consistent process for storing, managing and sharing important project content. Each site has libraries and folders for storing and managing all of your project documents.
Issue & Risk Management
Issues and Risks are part of every project and managing them is critical to the success of every project. Each project has an issue and risk area for creating and sharing issues and risks as well as aggregating issue and risk reports across projects.
Change Management
Change is an inherent aspect of every project, and it is imperative that project managers can effectively manage when change occurs and what impact it will have on the project.
